Manish Tripathi is a highly accomplished and seasoned professional with an impressive 25-year career in the business management industry & business broking. Manish holds an MBA from Johnson & Wales University, USA, where he majored in Marketing & Hospitality.



He is renowned for his expertise in turning around struggling businesses, as evidenced by his 11-year tenure as a KFC franchisee, during which he transformed a loss-making unit into a highly profitable venture. Manish's deep knowledge of the varied industry and practical experience have shaped him into a proficient business strategist, capable of creating detailed business plans and cash flow forecasts for clients seeking business lending from banks or other financial institutions.



Manish began his career as the General Manager for Holiday Inn Florida, USA, where he was recognized by the Chamber of Commerce Florida as the Youngest GM. During his time at Holiday Inn, Manish displayed exceptional leadership skills, increasing the hotel's occupancy rate from 65% to 90% within just six months. He later served as the Training Manager for Pizza hut India, where he oversaw the management and crew training for 60 restaurants across the country.



In addition to his work as a KFC franchisee, Manish founded BAC & Company, a business consultancy firm that offers a broad range of services to hospitality businesses. He provides expert guidance in areas such as menu engineering, staff training, marketing, and sales growth. 



Manish has been working as a Business broker from last 11 years and have successfully sold a diverse range of businesses, including major franchises like Red Rooster, Coffee Club, Bridgestone as well as independent ventures like crane hire services, NDIS providers, home furnishings, recycling, mechanical, wholesaling & Transport.

He is detail-oriented, methodical, and consistently maintains excellent communication with his clients. He sold record 11 businesses in a single year and has successfully turned around many cafes and restaurants into profit-making businesses through his detailed SWOT-based analysis.
